These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Traisle and you, the user of our travel services. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Bookings and Reservations
A booking is confirmed once payment is received, at which point a contract is formed between Traisle and the customer
Payments
Full payment is required at least 30 days before departure. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are available made within 14 days of departure.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability. A change fee of €60 may apply for each modification.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any damages resulting from delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents are valid before departure.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Force Majeure Clause
In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel trips without liability. In such cases, refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable costs.
